My family, immediate and extended, are all big "laughers" and boy am I blessed to be one, too!! It has not only given me a great workout (Yes, mother, I'm positive you can count it as a workout!) but peace at times, as well. I can think about many times I could have been ticked-off and instead, I just laugh in astonishment that what just happened, happened to me. Better to laugh than be angry. And some of the best times are when I am laughing so hard, call my mom to share...am unable to speak through the laughter and I begin to hear her laughing and she doesn't even know why. What a gift we share!

Christmas time 2 years ago my granddaughter was sitting at the dining table doodling on post-it-notes. I did not think anything about it but after they left as I was cleaning up I saw one of the notes.At the top MERRY CHRISTMAS was printed then in the center were two hearts. One heart was bigger than the other and at the bottom I LOVE YOU GRAMS. I love that brightly colored note! That note has given me so much pleasure that I am going to frame it. I imagine some day she will find that among my things and chuckle about the fact that I kept it and framed it!!!!A little doodling is a good thing.
